A place to go, discover, experiment and spend time, created as part of an ambitious urban regeneration project promoted by the <strong>Italmobiliare Group<\/strong> in collaboration with the <strong>Pesenti Foundation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>gres art 671 was created with the aim of breathing new life into a former industrial area and giving it back to the city, redeveloping the spaces to welcome and inspire the public. A place that arose from a process of transformation and that goes beyond being a mere exhibition space, giving meaning to an area that had been underused until now. A dynamic centre offering exhibitions, events, installations and workshops. Capital of Culture. It is part of Gres Hub: an urban regeneration project that is coming to life and which covers a space of 60,000 square metres with the aim of providing a place for research, work and hospitality, striving towards a new relationship between the city centre and the outlying areas.\n<\/h2>\n  <\/section>\n\n\n<section class=\"w-full relative z-10 py-5 lg:py-8 xl:py-10  px-3 lg:px-7 space-y-6\"\n         style=\"background-color: #ffffff\">\n    <div class=\"grid grid-cols-12 gap-6 lg:gap-10\">\n    <div class=\"col-span-12 lg:col-span-6 lg:order-last\">\n              <div class=\"text-base text-black font-body font-normal leading-tight space-y-6\">\n          <p>gres art 671 is <strong>promoted by Fondazione Pesenti<\/strong>, a third sector organisation whose mission is to promote the social, civil, cultural and gender growth of younger generations through training and the development of initiatives with a high social impact.
