The visit will take you on a journey of discovery through "FUORIPISTA. art, sport and winter", the new collective exhibition by gres art 671 dedicated to winter sports, in anticipation of the Milan Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic Games, with a perspective that intertwines art, architecture and research.
Contemporary and historical works: paintings, installations, photographs, videos and archive material illustrate art’s view of winter sports and the mountain world as a place of desire, exploration and discovery, but also, with the support of technology, society, the climate crisis and adaptation.
From Pieter Bruegel to Andreas Gursky, from Carlo Mollino to Laura Millard, from Randa Kherba and Ludwig Berger, from Walter Niedermayr and Kari Medig, via Giovanni Betti, Katharina Fleck, and many others.
For the first time, gres art 671 has commissioned a new work from Masbedo, a work from Numechi Studio and a research project from Studio Folder.
A journey through stories and micro-stories of snow that bring the FUORIPISTA perspective into the winter imagination.
