Days saturday
The visit will take you on a journey to discover the first collective exhibition by gres art 671, ‘de bello. notes on war and peace’, a journey through wars and conflicts, like a cycle that repeats itself over time, a phenomenon that spans eras, places and civilisations, leaving deep marks on the collective memory. An experiential exploration of humanity during the universal phases of conflict, regardless of historical or geographical context.
Over 30 artists are featured in the exhibition: old masters, modern and contemporary artists, emerging and established artists, designers and activists, spanning six centuries of history, inviting us to reflect on how the experience of war shapes the emotions, perceptions and sense of belonging of those who live through it.
Here, art becomes more than a testimony: it is an act of resilience, a language capable of translating pain into creation and destruction into rebirth. de bello questions the public, confronting them with the scars of history and their repetition, but also suggests a possibility of redemption and, through participation in resistance, inspires peace.
